This section provides a
comprehensive list of keyboard shortcuts available in all Office 2013 programs,
including Access.

Navigate on the ribbon
1 Press
the Alt key to display KeyTips over
each feature that is available in the current view.
2 Press
the letter shown in the KeyTip over the feature that you want to use. Depending
on which letter you press, you might be shown additional KeyTips. For example,
if the External Data tab is active
and you press C, the Create tab is displayed, along with
KeyTips for the groups on that tab.
3 Continue
pressing letters until you press the letter of the command or control that you
want to use. In some cases, you must first press the letter of the group that
contains the command.
TIP To cancel the action that you are taking and hide
the KeyTips, press Alt.
